Project Description

Led a multidisciplinary team in designing a boat model with CAD software, optimizing the printing parameters in PrusaSlicer and then creating prototypes of the model utilizing the Sharebot 42 3D Printers. During the first printing session was printed also a tester specifically designed to assess the machine capabilities and set the right parameters. Evaluated the boat performances in navigating and modified the model accordingly to the results. Finally competed in a speed race against other team with the designed boat.
